As the year draws to a close, we invite you to gather in sacred community for a Winter Solstice Retreat Thursday December 18th through Sunday December 21st, designed to bring deep rest, reflection, and renewal. After a challenging 2025, this retreat is a space to release what has been, honor the lessons of the dark, and move gently toward the returning light of 2026. Together, we will celebrate the Solstice—nature’s reminder that even in the stillness, the light begins to grow again. This is a retreat for the soul, rooted in ritual, healing, and joy. Your hosts are Sirena Dudgeon and Lou Bleck.

Held in a beautiful, spacious home in Denver, Colorado, our time together will include opening and closing circles, a blend of Vinyasa, Kundalini, and Nidra yoga practices, live Kirtan, candle scribing, crown making, and personalized 2026 Year Ahead Astrology Reports. We'll enjoy seasonal meals, a special visit to Indian Hot Springs (not included in cost), and an evening stroll through the Denver Botanic Gardens' Blossoms of Light (included in cost). All activities are optional. On the morning of the Winter Solstice, we’ll gather at Red Rocks Amphitheater for the beloved “Drum Up the Sun” celebration, followed by a warm and nourishing brunch.

This intimate retreat is for seekers, healers, and anyone in need of deep exhale—a soulful pause before the new year. Your stay includes all meals, activities, and a magical bag of winter wellness goodies. Accommodations are cozy and communal in our private Denver home, designed to feel like a sanctuary in the city.
