Sirena teaches Life Cycles Yoga Classes Tuesday Evenings 5:30-7 pm MT via Zoom. Astrology talk, breathwork, and asana (a mix of vinyasa, yin, restorative, and kundalini). Each Zodiac season includes a personalized horoscope.
In-Person Lunch Time Flow
Join Sirena at Shri Studios located in the Longmont Climbing Collective in Longmont CO. She subs Lunch Time Flow Wednesdays at 12pm MT. This class will invigorate you to keep you grounded and motivated for the week ahead!
