Celebrate the change of the seasons, eclipses, and moon phases through the ancient lineage of Yoga with a workshop at your studio or business. Astrology for Yoga Teachers

This 15 hour training provides yoga teachers deep insight and understanding of each of the 12 Zodiac signs along with Full and New Moon Phases to incorporate astrology into their yoga classes! Teachers will gain insight into mantra, meditation, pranayama, asana, and mudra for each sign. Along with theming classes and energy elements. What a wonderful extra tool for their teaching toolbox. In this workshop, teachers will receive 15 hr Yoga Alliance CEUs, training manual, mini-chart reading, and connective compassionate mentorship for exploratory astrology and yoga practice.

New Moon Workshop

New Moons are New Beginnings. They start a new cycle in our life and can help us understand how and where to set our new intentions. This moon phase offers introspection as we fold inward and our energy wanes. A special new moon astrology and yoga 1.5 hour workshop will honor the current Zodiac sign through discussion, journal prompts, chart exploration and yoga. A unique ritual is created based on the the Zodiac sign and element.

Full Moon Workshop

Full Moons are about letting go.They help us reflect on the current new moon cycle in our life to understand what adjustment need to be made mid-cycle. This moon phase offers exploration of creative release as we incorporate higher energy and oftentimes sleeplessness. A special full moon astrology and yoga 1.5 hour workshop will honor the current Zodiac sign through discussion, journal prompts, chart exploration and yoga. A unique ritual is created based on the the Zodiac sign and element.

Big 3 Team Building

This customized Magik 3 Team Building event is for businesses looking to build comradery and connection amongst employees. Astrology is fun to explore and learning about each other’s Sun, Moon and Rising can help you gain insight into one another’s challenges, strengths and personalities. In this 2 hour workshop, each attendee will receive a personal written report for their Big 3, along with a group training on Sun, Moon, and Rising Signs. Similar to Enneagram and Myers Briggs Workshops.

Eclipse Workshop

Eclipses happen every six months and are pivot points in our life. Bringing pinpoint attention to the evolution of our life path can help with the experience and reaction to the transitions. Eclipse workshops are 2 hours long and will incorporate the current Zodiac signs of the Lunar and Solar Eclipse with an astrology talk, yoga, and ritual celebration. Mini-Eclipse Readings can be added on for each participant at an additional investment.

Yoga in the church training

Combining forces with Rev. Susan Springer, Yoga in the Church Training is coming in 2022! Sirena and Susan+ offer bi-monthly Yoga in the Church workshops at St John’s Episcopal Church in Boulder CO and via Zoom. They share teachings on special themes of the intersections of Yogic Philosophy and Mystic Christianity, combined with pranayama, meditation, and vinyasa yoga. They have been diligently writing a beautiful book called Come Union: Yoga in the Church which will be published through Church Publishing Spring 2022!
