Join us for a heart-centered Winter Solstice retreat to rest, reflect, and reset after a challenging 2025. Together, we’ll honor the return of the light with healing practices including yoga (Vinyasa, Kundalini & Nidra), kirtan, candle scribing, crown making, astrology, and more. Highlights include a visit to Indian Hot Springs (not included in cost), Blossoms of Light at Denver Botanic Gardens (included in cost) and “Drum Up the Sun” at Red Rocks Amphitheater (always free!) on Solstice morning. All activities are optional.
