Yoga Immersion Coming Soon!
A Journey of the Yoga Path, One Class at a Time
Are you curious about yoga, but don’t want to do a full Teacher Training to learn more? Would you like to learn about the philosophy and gain more yoga life experience to apply it to your everyday life? Join yoga guide Sirena Dudgeon for immersive yoga classes this coming year of 2027 and deepen your understanding of yoga through 18 hours of transformative learning. YACEP credits available through Yoga Alliance for current teachers.
The Yoga Immersion is for the curious and the committed alike: new students taking their first steps, teachers looking to refresh and reconnect, and seekers craving ritual, self-reflection, and a fresh beginning in their yoga practice. Whether you're deepening an established practice or discovering yoga for the first time, this is a journey built for you.
Along the way, you'll explore alignment and accessibility in yoga poses, the 8 Limbs of Yoga, breathwork, meditation, and the chakras — while traveling through the many landscapes of yoga itself: Yin, Restorative, Nidra, Vinyasa, and Kundalini.
Your investment includes a personalized Yoga Immersion workbook to guide you step by step, immersive hands on classes, and an ongoing yoga foundation to keep the journey going long after the class series ends.
This is more than a training — it's an adventure in self-growth, a path toward deeper understanding, and a road map back to yourself.
